"Poor Communication" - What Does It Really Mean?

Not sure I've ever encountered an organization that doesn't complain about "poor communication." But what does that really mean?

Too often companies respond by throwing more information at employees - memos, emails, videos, wall placards, laminated cards, newsletters. But do any of these address the cause of the complaints?

The answer is a resounding "No!"

And you can't solve any problem without removing its cause.
